July is here!! For us, it's not only about the 4th of July weekend, but about so much more!

What is so special about July?

We have family and friend's who's birthday is in July, and everyone loves a great party!

July also marks the middle point in our yearly calendar, technically we are half way done with the year, Whaaaaa?

Now that we grow edible plants, we get to appreciate the summer even more, because it is when our tomatoes, and cucumbers start bursting with fruit. Too bad we don't have more land to grow a lot of them. This was our first batch of tomatoes ever! It was a very exciting moment, and it happened on July!


Although I am not a big fan of summer because of the heat, July gives you a great excuse to go cool off either at the pool, the beach, or a lake. Sometimes we go fishing like in the photo below. Now ask me if I caught anything?



July also gives you the opportunity to go on a holiday trip with family and friends to have an exciting adventure or just relax away from home. I have to confess that even the holiday sales are part of what makes July special for me.
